This place is the place to go!!! We came here to get a VW GTI fixed from a fender bender. They came in at half of any other estimate and the final product was exceptional! The color matching was right on point and the car looks brand new! Great work for a great price!!

Ladies particularly should read..... As a woman we too often come across mechanics who see a naive wallet worth absolutely destroying. This doesnt go to say auto repairs are cheap. But its SO hard to find reliable, honest, and grounded mechanics to give it to you straight regardless of your gender. I have been coming to Tuffy for everything from oil changes, to ac repairs. And they are top tier every time. I can be incredible judgemental. But the last 2 years I have gone to them and have literally NEVER been led astray. Frank, and the entire team are a great group of guys. This place I dont just suggest. Its one of those places I've found where I simply wont go anywhere else unless they tell me too. Prices are fair. Repairs dont take forever. I dont get an attitude for utilizing the warranty for repairs. I've ranted and raved in there for them to just treat me like the overwhelmed human I can be. I dont think I can find the words to use to get people to make this their go to spot for most repairs. They arent just "my mechanics". These are my people. I will suggest them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

First things first—WOW!! After a minor fender bender, I needed some work done on my car, and a friend recommended this place. I went in expecting the usual high estimates and a long wait but that couldn’t have been further from my experience. I met the owner, who walked me through the damage, explained the timeline clearly, and got me scheduled without any hassle. Right away, I felt like I was in good hands. When I picked up my car, I was honestly blown away. I even had my daughter with me, and she asked if the car was brand new that’s how incredible it looked. I chose to add a buff and polish, and it was worth every penny. The quality, attention to detail, and overall results deserve nothing but praise. Spread the word this place is the real deal.

My car was involved in a hit-and-run, and my insurance provider referred me to Crash Champions. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The technician who performed the initial inspection told me, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” However, once the service was completed, there were several issues that should have been addressed but were not. I was told a wheel alignment had been completed, but when I took my car to the dealer a few days later for an oil change, it was still listed as a needed service. Additionally, the side mirrors were still scraped from the accident. They initially did not want to replace them, and I had to contact my insurance company to have the replacement approved and Given the amount of back-and-forth, I wish I had another option. While I did not expect my car to be exactly the same after the accident, I certainly did not expect it to be as different as it is after these repairs.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience with East Colonial Body and Paint! I was hit from behind in an auto accident a few months ago and a different body shop along with the insurance company really screwed me over. Mike and his family helped me out and got my car fixed and back on the road in just a week. I'm greatful for their help and professionalism 😊✨️
